Berry Global’s shareholders will receive 7.25 Amcor shares for each BERY share held upon closing. AMCR will hold approximately 63% of the combined company, whereas Berry Global will own 37%.
Amcor and Berry will each file the final voting results with the US SEC on Form 8-K. The combination is well advanced and is expected to close in mid calendar year 2025, subject to closing conditions.
Per the deal, Berry Global’s shareholders will receive 7.25 Amcor shares for each BERY share held upon closing. BERY will hold approximately 37% of the combined company, whereas Amcor will own 63%.
