LUTZ, Fla. — The Prodigy Cultural Arts program offers free dance, photography, painting, acting and photography classes for any child ages 5 to 17 in the Tampa Bay area.

The Prodigy Cultural Arts Program is celebrating 25 years of free youth classes. The University Area CDC youth programs use visual and performing arts classes to teach kids life skills.

The two neighbors have had a century-long treaty allowing Liechtenstein to share Switzerland’s economic area and engage in free trade.
