If you can't open Google Docs on your computer or if Google Docs is not working correctly, first check if you have the required permissions to open the document.

To add videos to a Google Docs document, you can insert a video via a link, add videos from Google Slides or insert a YouTube video into Google Docs.

Google Docs is compatible with Microsoft Office documents. If you want to open an Office document in Google Docs through the Chrome browser, use the suite's Import utility.
