According to a recent report, iOS 14 will come with an OCR (Optical Character Recognition) feature that will convert handwritten text into typed text.

Scribble works by converting your written words to text in real time. Once you've completed handwriting a word, watch as it immediately (and almost magically) converts to typed text.

Install the Google Handwriting Input app on your Android device to handwrite characters, and the app will recognize it and convert it to text. The app acts as an added keyboard.
