To turn off the password on an Android phone or tablet, start the Settings app and go to the Lock Screen controls page.

Since the notification snooze feature was introduced in Android Oreo, there’s almost no chance that your Android phone does not have this functionality built-in. On your phone, head to the settings.

There are 5 options under Screen lock type: Swipe, Pattern, PIN, Password, and None. Both Swipe and Note offers no protection at all and they don’t require setting up.
